ENGLISH HAMMERED - HOUSE OF LANCASTER (1399-1461). HENRY V   [1413 - 1422].   Silver  Groat. S1759.

CLASS A 'EMACIATED' BUST. The coins of class A and B are now thought to be from the light coinage of Henry IV, c.1412-13 (Stewartby P.278ff).
Small striking split and a scrape on the reverse but sound with a superb portrait.
GOOD VERY FINE / Portrait much better.
